Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for inventory optimization to ensure material availability while minimizing carrying costs.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and procurement of raw materials and components to meet production demands.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems for inventory planning and control
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory optimization, forecasting, and supplier relationship management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
