Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer demand and optimize production.
- Balance production capacity with sales forecasts and inventory targets.
- Monitor production progress and inventory levels, adjusting schedules as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and procurement to align production plans.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling conflicts and production bottlenecks.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems for scheduling, planning, and data analysis.
- Evaluate forecast accuracy and production performance, driving continuous improvement.
- 5 years of experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills, including demand forecasting and capacity planning.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field; APICS CPIM certification preferred.
- Experience with Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) systems.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with demand forecasting principles and software.
