Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure alignment between production plans and available resources.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to synchronize supply and demand.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans in response to demand shifts or production disruptions.
- Optimize inventory levels to meet customer service targets while minimizing carrying costs.
- Generate and analyze key scheduling metrics and reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide critical input and support for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or production control.
- Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis, Asprova).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
