Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Install, test, and commission new production machinery and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation of all work performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, lock-out/tag-out procedures, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and control systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including motor controls and power transmission.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with PLC diagnostics and industrial control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and pipefitting systems.
- Experience with PLC programming or advanced troubleshooting.
- Proficient in welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) and basic fabrication.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
