Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Execute corrective maintenance promptly to minimize production downtime.
- Install, calibrate, and test new machinery and production lines.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
- Conduct facility maintenance and repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, and lighting.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
- Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems repair and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- A technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software.
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for work order management.
