Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.
- Install, commission, and de-commission new and existing production machinery.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
- Strong understanding and practical application of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, stick).
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
- HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience.
