Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Install, calibrate, and upgrade new production equipment and machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical technology.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming or maintenance.
- Certified welder (MIG, TIG, or Stick).
- HVAC or refrigeration system experience.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
- Advanced PLC programming or HMI development skills.
