Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and execute corrective maintenance.
- Install, troubleshoot, and commission new production machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and equipment status.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Relevant vocational training or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and sensors.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
- 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for identifying root causes of equipment failures.
- PLC programming and modification experience
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Welding and fabrication skills (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- HVAC/Refrigeration system troubleshooting and repair experience
