Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and external services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Oversee urgent repairs and troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimize production downtime.

- Extensive experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and develop strategic maintenance plans.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician) certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC maintenance in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with CMMS implementation, optimization, or advanced data analytics for maintenance planning
