Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control standards for all manufactured products.
- Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
- Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- 5 years of progressive experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Demonstrated ability to achieve production targets, optimize efficiency, and manage budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced configuration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
