The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical control systems and components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using testing equipment and schematics.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Ensure strict adherence to electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Calibrate, test, and adjust electrical equipment and instrumentation.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience with industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical components and machinery.
- Comprehensive understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures and Arc Flash safety.
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting.
- Certification in NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety.
- Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) optimization and programming.
