The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical power, control, and lighting systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial machinery, equipment, and PLCs.
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on electrical components and systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Calibrate, test, and repair electrical instruments and automated control systems.
- Install and maintain motor control centers, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other power distribution equipment.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls.
- Thorough understanding and strict adherence to NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout, and other electrical safety protocols.
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Experience with preventative maintenance and calibration of industrial electrical equipment.
- PLC programming and advanced diagnostics experience
- Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems
- Proficiency in industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) commissioning and programming experience
