Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily finishing operations, including painting, assembly, and packaging.
- Ensure all finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Manage, train, and evaluate finishing department personnel, fostering a productive team environment.
- Optimize production schedules and workflow to achieve efficiency targets and meet deadlines.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures within the finishing area.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing finishing department.

- Familiarity with manufacturing safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to production issues.

- Familiarity with automated finishing equipment or robotics.
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems for production planning and tracking.
- OSHA 30-hour certification or advanced safety training.
