Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the finishing department, ensuring production targets are met.
- Manage, train, and mentor a team of finishing technicians and operators.
- Ensure all finished products adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
- Optimize workflow and scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures within the finishing area.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finishing operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in various finishing techniques (e.g., painting, powder coating, polishing, assembly) and related equipment.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to meet output and quality targets.
- Strong understanding and application of quality control principles and inspection methods for finished products.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills for production issues, quality defects, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES)
- Experience with automated finishing and packaging equipment
- Formal leadership development or supervisory training certifications
