Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and calibrate manufacturing equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on industrial machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues using technical documentation and diagnostic tools.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex equipment failures.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively to customer sites.
- Exposure to PLC programming or HMI configuration.
- Basic IT networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools (e.g., thermal imaging, vibration analysis).
- Multilingual proficiency, particularly in a second language relevant to client base.
