Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the fabrication team in daily production activities.
- Ensure all fabricated parts meet quality standards, specifications, and production deadlines.
- Coordinate production schedules, material flow, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process inefficiencies.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
- Train and mentor fabrication technicians, fostering skill development and teamwork.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for fabrication processes and output.
- 5 years of hands-on fabrication experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.

- Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality standards within a fabrication shop.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design review or fixture development.
- Ability to train and mentor junior fabricators and apprentices.
- Experience with advanced welding techniques or specialized material fabrication (e.g., aluminum, stainless steel).
