Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects to improve production efficiency, quality, and capacity.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Familiarity with ERP or MES system optimization and integration
