Key Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate EDM machinery, including electrodes, fixtures, and workpieces.
- Load, verify, and adjust EDM programs (G-code) to achieve specified part geometries and tolerances.
- Operate and monitor EDM processes, adjusting parameters like voltage, current, and gap for optimal performance.
- Perform in-process and final inspection of machined components using precision measuring tools.
