Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI/SCADA systems for automated manufacturing processes.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex control system malfunctions and production line issues.
- Lead the commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment, machinery, and production lines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive control system documentation, including electrical schematics, network diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Identify, propose, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for control systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Specify, select, and integrate control components, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system design and development.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and commission new equipment.
- Familiarity with robotic systems and their integration into manufacturing processes.
- Robotics programming experience (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB)
- Experience with SCADA/MES/ERP system integration
- Proficiency in industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI)
