Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste across manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and track continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, ensuring measurable results.
- Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CI efforts and report on progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive change throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize best practices and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
- 5 years of progressive experience in continuous improvement leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) required; Master Black Belt preferred.
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM, SMED) with quantifiable results.
- Strong project management and change management capabilities, including leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Proficient in data analysis, statistical tools, and root cause analysis techniques to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and training skills to foster a continuous improvement culture.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Minitab)
- Experience integrating Continuous Improvement methodologies with Industry 4.0 or smart factory initiatives
- Fluency in a second language relevant to global manufacturing operations
