Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.

- Excellent project management, change management, and communication skills to lead cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
