Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and guidance for the application of manufacturing equipment and software.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose optimal technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concept testing, and customer training sessions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex application issues for manufacturing systems and processes.

- Excellent technical communication and presentation skills for customer engagement.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., additive manufacturing, robotics, IIoT)
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for application customization or automation
- Demonstrated experience in pre-sales technical support or solution architecting
- Hands-on experience with shop floor operations or equipment commissioning
