Hours
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
10:30AM - 8:00PM - with a one hour break. 8.5 hour days.
Must be able to work all of the days, every week (Thurs, Fri, Sat)
Reliable transportation is required.
Due to how busy we are, dependability is a top priority and we have a strict policy for call outs. Leave is limited to 10 days off per year and advance notice is required.
Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a BBQ Restaurant Supervisor, where your leadership and culinary expertise will drive exceptional dining experiences. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and deliver outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts
- Confirms staff timekeeping is completed for clock ins, clock outs and lunch breaks
- Monitors the accuracy of the status of the bags (in progress, ready and complete)
- Receives call in orders and returns missed calls
- Manages inventory communication between the cashier and kitchen staff
- Closely monitors inventory to mark items as sold out
- Informs kitchen staff and grill cook of the necessary inventory replenishments
- Inputs in-person catering requests via our website
- Verifies the catering payment is completed in full and ensures the full order is placed in their car by our staff members
- Lead and motivate the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver top-notch food and service standards
- Oversee food preparation processes, maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Operate Square POS systems order processing with accuracy
- Train new staff members on customer service protocols and restaurant policies
- Monitor shift management tasks including scheduling, performance feedback, and resolving customer concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Proven supervising or management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
- Experience with POS systems like Square
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively
- Familiarity with inventory control, food production processes, and staff management within a hospitality setting
Previous experience in casual dining restaurant environments is highly desirable.
