Hours :
4PM - 8PM - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Must be available to work all 5 days.
Primary Duty :
- Slice uncooked bbq ribs to remove uneven edges
- Season ribs to prepare them to marinate
- Season chicken to marinate
- Shred cheese to prep for catering sized Mac and cheeses pans
- Dice onions, peppers and potatoes

Duties
- Prepare and portion food items according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, as well as cooking basic dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan menus and ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Follow proper sanitation practices during food handling and preparation processes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Experience in culinary techniques and meal preparation within a food service environment.
