- $20/hour base rate plus a 70/30 split on private instruction (you keep 70%)

Your Day-to-Day Impact
As The Picklr's Lead Pro Pickleball Instructor, You'll
- Host weekly clinics, camps, and one-on-one lessons across all skill levels.
- Design and implement new programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Mentor and train coaches to deliver consistent, world-class instruction.
- Partner with the Club Manager to plan monthly programming and player development events.
- Promote memberships, sell pro-shop gear, and support club marketing initiatives.
- Uphold a culture of safety, professionalism, and fun on every court.
- Represent The Picklr's energy, expertise, and community-first spirit in everything you do.
You're not just a coach-you're a leader, motivator, and ambassador for the sport. You bring:
- Proven pickleball knowledge and a DUPR rating of 3.5
- Pickleball certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional organization and lesson-planning ability
- Comfort with both Apple and PC technology
- Positive, professional energy and the ability to inspire others
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
