We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding prospective clients and their families through the admissions process while providing excellent customer service and helping individuals access the care they need.
Position Summary
As the Admissions Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for many clients and referral partners. You'll help coordinate admissions from the initial phone call through admission, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
- Complete intake screenings and coordinate the admissions process.
- Gather and maintain required documentation.
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate with insurance providers as needed.
- Maintain communication and follow-up with prospective clients and referral sources.
- Coordinate with clinical, medical, and residential teams to facilitate admissions.
- Accurately document admissions activity in KIPU and other systems.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.
- Assist with occasional community outreach events and relationship-building activities as needed.

Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in admissions, healthcare, behavioral health, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus.
- Experience with KIPU or other electronic health record systems is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Schedule
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule for evenings and weekends is required.

- $18–$20/hour DOE
- Monthly performance bonus for both individual and group
