Helpdesk Specialist
Our client, a leading professional services firm, is committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional support to their clients.
As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will be an integral part of the internal support team, providing technical assistance to ensure seamless technology operations across the organization. Your expertise will help maintain our IT infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and support collaboration tools to drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-user technical issues via ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems in a timely manner
- Support collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and room systems
- Assist with hardware setup, imaging, repair, and inventory management
- Document issues, resolutions, and procedures to maintain accurate records
- Support AV and conference technology infrastructure for meetings and events
- Collaborate with team members on high-volume incident responses and projects
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and remote support tools
- Experience supporting AV and conferencing technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom)
- Hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A or Network
- Experience with imaging, device rollouts, and inventory management
- Basic network troubleshooting and endpoint security knowledge
- Support experience with printers and office infrastructure
