Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to lead the development, deployment, and operational management of advanced AI solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable, real-world systems that transform how organizations utilize AI, with a focus on generative models, distributed agent architectures, and cloud-native platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain AI-enabled applications using large language models, retrieval-based systems, and ML lifecycle best practices
- Design distributed multi-agent workflows to automate and optimize operational processes
- Build and optimize cloud-native backend systems utilizing serverless, containerized, and event-driven architectures
- Ensure AI systems adhere to security, data governance, and responsible AI standards
- Develop prompt strategies, performance monitoring, and continuous iteration for deployed models
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
- Support system observability, resilience, and scalability to ensure high availability and performance
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python and deployment of production systems
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML deployment, including model hosting, monitoring, and lifecycle governance
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
- Experience working with large language models, retrieval pipelines, and distributed agent systems
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Exposure to regulated environments and secure data handling standards
- Background in NLP applications involving unstructured or structured documentation workflows
- Knowledge of MLOps tooling such as experiment tracking, model registries, and AI observability solutions
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent workflow management

Salary : $145,000 - $160,000
