What You’ll Do
- Build and manage client relationships
- Prospect and develop new business
- Source and interview candidates (IT focus, plus other specialties)
- Manage the hiring process from interview to offer
- Negotiate terms and close deals
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of staffing, recruiting, sales, or consulting experience (IT strongly preferred)
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and motivated by results
