Corporate Legal Assistant
Position Summary
• Provide administrative and document support in a professional legal services environment
• Assist multiple professionals with daily workflow and task coordination
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality across all assigned work
Core Responsibilities
• Prepare and format correspondence and internal documents
• Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical files
• Coordinate collection and tracking of required signatures
• Maintain records and reference materials
• Support communication between internal staff and external contacts
• Transmit documents and information securely
• Perform document review and comparison tasks
• Review time records for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes
• Open new matters and maintain related documentation
• Monitor shared inboxes and ensure proper filing
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
• Handle general administrative duties, including phones, travel coordination, and expense processing
• Assist with special projects as assigned
