- Multiple positions available, to work with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Manage delivery of the product and services in a demanding client setting
- Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitating requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
- Write and maintain user documentation, conduct user acceptance and training sessions
- Work with large amounts of data, process and present numbers, trends to create stories and build hypotheses based on raw data
- Establish correlations based on the business knowledge between disparate sources of data, study business function, gather information and acquire domain expertise
- Evaluate output requirements and formats, design and document business process and data flows for establishing data pipelines to support analyses, present analyses, translate findings in the data into solutions or perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with the customer to come up with innovative solutions, manage full delivery lifecycle, define requirements, write specifications, identify milestones, perform quality assurance through to the delivery of the product
- Effectively communicate and work with offshore and remote team members, and be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and easily.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Educational or work background must have included data visualizations tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI; SQL, data extraction and processing; statistical analysis and modeling; Excel pivot tables.
