Reporting to the Applications Leadership team, this individual will partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects to implement scalable AI capabilities that improve operational efficiency and user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement intelligent business solutions utilizing Microsoft's cloud ecosystem and automation technologies.
- Partner with business units to understand objectives, translate requirements into technical solutions, and recommend appropriate AI-enabled approaches.
- Develop, enhance, and support enterprise applications that leverage modern machine learning and large language model technologies.
- Create scalable cloud-based services with a focus on security, performance, resiliency, and maintainability.
- Build and support intelligent workflows, digital assistants, and AI-driven business processes.
- Utilize cloud-native data and AI platforms to deploy, monitor, and optimize predictive and generative models.
- Participate in solution architecture reviews, sprint planning activities, and technical design discussions.
- Produce technical documentation, support materials, and operational procedures to facilitate adoption and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives and provide guidance to technical and non-technical users.
- Conduct validation, testing, and issue resolution activities to ensure reliable application performance.
- Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud technologies and recommend opportunities for adoption.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver initiatives that align with organizational goals and timelines.
- Provide ongoing support for AI-enabled platforms, troubleshooting issues and identifying enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting or administering customer relationship management platforms such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
- Understanding of enterprise data governance, data quality, and information management practices.
- Experience working with structured data, reporting tools, and business process automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify data anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet applications and business productivity tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Microsoft's AI, automation, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with large language models, intelligent agents, conversational AI, or machine learning solutions.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development, integrations, APIs, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation or automation initiatives.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
