Our current client of 16 years is looking for a strong Account Management Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity in their Taylor, Mi. location.
- Account Management Supervisor Responsibilities:Oversees and supports a team through supervision, coaching, workload management, and performance tracking.
- Manages client accounts by serving as the main point of contact, coordinating projects from initiation through delivery, preparing reports, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborates with leadership on client needs and business opportunities, leads meetings, and maintains strong knowledge of internal systems and client processes.
- Proactively resolves issues, identifies improvements, and stays informed on relevant client and industry changes.
- Requires consistent in-person work, regular attendance, professional conduct, and the ability to perform standard office tasks.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Salary based on experience, $65-$70K

- Account Management Supervisor Requirements:College degree preferred (Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Needs to have at least 2 years’ experience in account management or client services.
- Needs to have previous supervisory or team lead experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
