The successful candidate will be a team player, have a positive attitude along with being self-motivated and self-directed.The Maintenance Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to work with the Property Manager to ensure and coordinate the safety, maintenance, and equipment needs of the property, along with overall requirements of the community.
