Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and possess excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy working with pets and providing top-notch care, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Occasionally assist in grooming procedures such as bathing, brushing, and drying pets.
- Handle animals with care and ensure their safety and comfort during grooming sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area. Cleaning is a big part of the job.
- Provide support to the grooming team as needed
- Monitor pets' health and behavior during grooming appointments
-Book appointments and return messages. This is a big part of the job.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in animal handling or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic pet grooming techniques is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
