North Woods Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full time, experienced Environmental Services Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance of the facility, as well as managing preventive maintenance programs and leading the housekeeping, laundry & maintenance staff.
Job duties of the Environmental Services Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Implement repair and maintenance schedules for all areas of the facility and grounds
- Orientation of new employees
- Responsible for lock out tag out procedures,
- Works with outside contractors related to facility needs.
- Ordering of supplies
- Maintaining Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
- Dispense maintenance equipment and supplies in a cost-effective manner.
- Enter information and maintain all required logs
- Participates in facility audits for quality assurance
- Manage Maintenance staff.
Wage Information:
- $ $23.85/hour

Qualifications of a Maintenance Supervisor:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance and leadership
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, leadership skills and schedule flexibility.
- Prior experience in Long Term Care is STRONGLY preferred
