What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager in Training - Lawn Care position at Green Pride Landscape Maintenance L.L.C.?
We are seeking 3-5 hardworking working professional employees to join our team this season. We’re looking for motivated individuals with proven leadership to bring there experience to our team but must also be able to adapt to new ways and be open to learning our standards. These positions will start out as labor positions as the season starts and you demonstrate capabilities of efficiently running any and all equipment, your role will quickly adjust into leader positions such as trainer, crew leader, general manager and the highest level is franchise owner. All promotions come with pay increases, uniform and company truck upgrades.
