We're a locally-owned lawn care and landscaping company in Bay City looking for a dependable, hardworking Crew Leader to run a 2–3 person crew. If you take pride in your work and want to grow with a solid team, we want to hear from you.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead your crew to 100% daily route completion with zero client complaints — every single day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Check weather each morning and plan the day's route; notify crew of any schedule changes
- Drive the work truck and pull the trailer to each job site
- Assign tasks to each crew member to keep jobs moving efficiently with minimal downtime
- Operate zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed whackers, and leaf blowers
- Perform quality control walkthroughs at every job before leaving
- Keep equipment fueled, stocked, and clean — blown off and emptied at end of every day
- Text the manager immediately if anything changes from the planned schedule
- Perform general landscaping and outdoor maintenance as needed

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must live in Bay City or Essexville, MI
- Reliable transportation to our Bay City shop by 8:30 AM
- Able to work 10 hour days outdoors
- Strong communicator who can lead a small team and follow directions
- Dependable, accountable, and consistent — this is a no-excuses crew
