Full-Time/Part-Time Leader for Lawn and Snow
Must have updated Chauffeur's License, and able to manage up to an 8 person crew. Must have 2 years experience in running a crew, and longer mowing, edging, weeding, and exc., along with great verbal skill. Communication with multiple people (Office/Owner/other Crew Leaders/Customers/Employees), good driving record. Must be willing to work 11-12 hour shift during the summer months and Winter hours vary. If it rains during the summer months MUST be willing to work weekends. You will need to be a fast learner, when it comes to proper paperwork and learning how Becker's quality of work might vary from previous jobs.
