Marketing and Trade Shows Coordinator

Location: Bedminster, NJ | Onsite

Salary Offer: $70,000 - $90,000

A leading manufacturer of structural steel racking and storage systems is adding a Marketing Specialist to their team in Bedminster, NJ. This is a demand-generation role with real ownership - you'll run trade shows and events end to end while driving campaigns that grow brand interest across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

• What You'll Do

- Own trade shows and events end to end-budget, logistics, booth build, staffing, lead capture, and post-show follow-up

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and email

- Coordinate and schedule social media across platforms

- Create flyers, emails, presentations, and client collateral

- Support webinars and other promotional events

- Run market research and competitor analysis

- Track and report on business KPIs

- Partner with wider Marketing and Business Units to grow brand interest

• What You'll Bring

- 5 years in a related marketing role, with demonstrated end-to-end trade show and event ownership

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools

- Experience with CRM, ideally Salesforce- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus

- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail

- Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus, not required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
