Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $235,000 – $310,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Support litigation and enforcement matters involving financial services clients
- Manage discovery processes and respond to subpoenas and civil investigative demands
- Assist with government investigations and regulatory inquiries
- Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, motions and settlement agreements
- Participate in witness interviews, depositions and client meetings
- Conduct legal research on consumer financial services laws and regulations
- Support development of litigation and settlement strategies
- 2–4 years of litigation and/or enforcement experience
- Experience with government investigations or regulatory matters preferred
- Exposure to consumer financial services or fintech matters is advantageous
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
