CSR - customer service
Large national industrial distribution company is seeking an experienced customer service representative.
This is NOT a call center position.
We will train. You take inbound calls from customers, enter quotes for industrial supplies for construction, answer questions, research answers, use Microsoft Excel. and our company software, work with other departments in the company, enter orders, and support the outside sales people.
You are talking about industrial construction parts all day long!
Responsibilities include:
Using computer system
Supporting outside sales staff
Taking inbound calls from customers
Processing orders
Entering quotes
Researching invoice problems
Communicating with various departments within the company
Working as a team to give great customer service
Requirements
Excellent computer skills
Strong in Excel
Great personality
Professional, energetic voice
Experience doing customer service for distributor or trade company preferred - plumbing, electrical, construction, etc
