What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Eyelation, Inc.?
Eyelation is looking for a Customer Service/Shipping Representative
Duties Include:
-Working with our team to pack shoes and safety glasses for shipment
-Use the shipping program(s) to create shipping labels for orders
-Assist with inventory, keep shipping supplies organized & unload shipping materials upon delivery
-Answer phones, emails, and chats relating to general customer service issues about their order
-Handle returns of safety glasses and safety shoes
-Complete other general office duties
Skills:
-Highly proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
-Ability to clearly communicate to customers via email, chat or phone
-Ability to stand for periods of time folding boxes and prepping orders for shipment
-Must be friendly, work as a team, multi-task, stay organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
-Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
Hours:
- Full time and/ or Part time Mondays - Friday, no nights but some occasional Saturdays may be needed

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
