Job Title: Soldering Technician
We are looking for a dependable Soldering Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with wiring and electronic components, supporting production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Solder wires to electrical terminals and connectors
- Solder terminals and connectors onto circuit boards
- Perform wire-to-wire soldering and splicing
- Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing environment
- General manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and follow basic technical drawings or work instructions
- Reliable, dependable, and strong attendance
Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Formal soldering training or certifications (J-STD, IPC-A-610, or IPC/WHMA-A-620)
- Experience in wire and cable manufacturing
Pay $21 / hour W2
