Business Systems Analyst Jaggaer

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a prestigious Boston-based university during a critical transition of its enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, Jaggaer.

Please note:

• This role is 3 days / week on-site in Boston.
• This role is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontracting or visa sponsorship.

This role will play a key part in helping the university's Information Technology Services (ITS) team assume full ownership of Jaggaer, ensuring system security, access controls, workflow documentation, stakeholder alignment, and go-live readiness. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supplier management, or enterprise business systems and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on analyst who enjoys business process improvement, enterprise applications, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

What You'll DoBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate current-state procurement and purchasing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create process maps, workflow documentation, system diagrams, and business requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and enterprise systems.

Jaggaer Administration & Security Support

• Assist with day-to-day administration of the Jaggaer Procure-to-Pay platform.
• Review and support user access, permissions, security roles, and audit controls.
• Perform access remediation activities to ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
• Support system configuration reviews and process documentation efforts.

Workday Integration & Enterprise Systems Support

• Assist with documentation and analysis of Jaggaer-to-Workday integrations.
• Support procurement, purchasing, supplier, and financial workflow processes.
• Identify integration dependencies and help coordinate resolution efforts.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to support operational continuity.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Go-Live Readiness

• Work closely with Procurement, Finance, and ITS leadership to support ownership transition activities.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, process reviews, and alignment sessions.
• Track project tasks, risks, and milestones using Jira and related project management tools.
• Support go-live readiness planning, testing, validation, and transition activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Administrator, Procurement Systems, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Jaggaer or a comparable Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, purchasing, or supplier management platform.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, system configurations, and requirements.
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing operations, including:
  • Purchase Orders
  • Approvals & Workflows
  • Supplier Management
  • Catalog Management
  • Procurement Operations
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday and Workday Financials.
• Experience supporting Jaggaer-to-Workday integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience with role-based security, user access management, and enterprise application controls.
• Experience working in higher education, finance, procurement, or large enterprise environments.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and support multiple business functions.
