What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager Assistant position at the Orange County Rescue Mission?
The Case Manager Assistant supports the case management team's operations by handling a wide range of program and VOH campus related tasks. These include administrative duties, room inspections, drug testing, distributing Medline supplies, and aiding students with tasks delegated by the VOH Manager or designate. The Assistant will cover evening and weekend shifts, overseeing and reporting on student activities or areas of concern to the case management team. They ensure all safety regulations and program protocols are followed by students, visitors and volunteers. This position entails administrative work, communication duties, and active involvement in program implementation.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Tuesday-Saturday, 12:30pm-9pm.
