What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Partnership Outreach Manager position at the Orange County Rescue Mission?
Under the direction of the COO, this position is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of all outreach and prevention initiatives in conjunction with our community partner, encompassing all aspects of the outreach partnership. The role supervises one full-time employee in the role of community partnership Outreach Coordinator including providing coaching, performance management, and guidance to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the exception of one day per week spent covering the Outreach Coordinator route.
