About The Role
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager Enterprise Solutions to help manage and grow key client partnerships. This position offers a blend of account management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration, with strong visibility and impact across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, driving retention and expansion
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase overall account value’
- Lead regular client meetings and check-ins to ensure alignment and satisfaction
- Support business reviews by gathering insights, preparing materials, and sharing recommendations
- Partner with recruiting, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
- Help resolve client challenges and proactively improve service delivery
- Track account performance, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for growth
- Support proposal development and client presentations as needed
- Contribute to overall account strategy and long-term partnership growth
- Experience in account management, staffing, sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
