What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of account managers
- Drive growth within existing client partnerships while identifying new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including leadership teams
- Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational success
- Support strategic initiatives by using data, insights, and market trends to guide decisions
- Help resolve challenges, remove roadblocks, and ensure a strong client experience
- Contribute to overall business growth through collaboration, planning, and execution
- Experience in account management, business development, or partnership leadership
- Proven ability to grow and retain client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or developing teams
