Top US law firm has an opening for a Marketing Assistant.
1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the events team to assist in the planning and execution of in-person marketing initiatives that support the firm’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, who takes initiative to complete tasks and drive projects.
Job Responsibilities: The Marketing Assistant responsibilities will be as follows:
- Will be conducting research on various topics
- Collect and analyze data
- Data input
- Copy editing
- Drafting posts in WordPress and HubSpot
- Entry level/basic assistance with event prep and execution
- Support the business development and marketing department with administrative t
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or administrative support role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to multi-task.
- Must be resourceful and proactive to the needs of the Firm with the ability to maintain information accurately.
Technological Skills: Proficiency with MS Suite software such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
Salary : $75,000 - $82,000
